From any direction, leaving the A-8 motorway, towards the city centre. Follow signs to Bilbao City Hall, we are 450 metres away. Very useful reference to the Guggenheim Museum, which is just over 500 metres from the hotel, on the other side of the Bilbao Estuary. We are in front of the Bilbao Estuary, right in the middle of these 2 indications: City Hall and Guggenheim Museum. 

The best point of reference is the Zubizuri Bridge (popularly known as Calatrava Bridge), which is a white pedestrian bridge "with braces".

How long does it take to/from the airport? Between 15 and 20 minutes (by car).

Landing at Bilbao Airport, to get to the hotel you have three options:
- Taxi

- Bus

- Rent a car

Public transport is available from the airport itself, which will drop you off in the city centre. There is a bus called Bizkaibus A3247 which runs every 20 minutes. The recommended stop is: Plaza Moyua.
From there you can walk 10/15 minutes down Ercilla street, after crossing the Zubizuri bridge (or Calatrava bridge) and you will find yourself at the hotel.

Approximate cost per person: 1,35 Euros.

Timetable: From the centre of Bilbao, buses leave from 5.20am to 10.00pm every 20 minutes. From the airport, between 6.20am and midnight every 20 minutes.

You can take a taxi from the airport. In 15 minutes (depending on traffic and time), and at an approximate cost of 25 or 30 Euros as a guideline, you will be dropped off at the hotel door.

(From the front desk, we call the taxi ourselves, it takes between 2 and 5 minutes to be at the door of the Hotel).

The train will drop you off at the central station of Bilbao, called Abando, which is less than 12 minutes walk from the hotel. You can come on foot, passing the Arenal bridge, you will arrive at the Arriaga theatre and leaving the Nervion estuary on your left, you have a comfortable walk to the hotel.

As a reference, once you pass the city hall, you are half way there. Keep going forward and... "See you soon".

If you have a suitcase, you can take a taxi, which will bring you to the hotel in a few minutes.

Tram: There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, on the other side of the estuary, called URIBITARTE. It is the best option for getting to/from the hotel in Bilbao.

Bus: To get there from any point in the city, depending on your origin, the lines that leave you closest to the hotel are called BILBOBUS. Lines: 11, 71, 77 and 22. Right in front of the hotel.

Bicycle: If you get around by bicycle, you should know that Bilbao has an area for the circulation of bicycles only, in red, popularly known as Bidegorri, which you can find right in front of the hotel.

On foot: For those who choose to come on foot or with their "bagpack on their back", the indications provided at the entrance by car are the best way to find out where we are and how to get there, step by step.
Or as we say "a little walk and a little step".

Metro: It would be a 10 minute walk and depending on where you are coming from or going to, there are the Moyua and Casco Viejo stations. Ask us at reception and we will let you know.
